Product Introduction

The XGN66-12 fixed indoor metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is our company's high-voltage electrical complete product. It meets the national standard GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear" and the Ministry of Electric Power standard DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-Voltage Switchgear," and also complies with the IEC60298 standard "Requirements for AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1 kV and Up to 52 kV."

This product incorporates foreign professional technology. It is compact, only 50% of the size of a regular switchgear; the circuit breaker is highly reliable with excellent performance; the "five-proof" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switchgear is an indoor complete set for 3.6, 7.2, and 12kV three-phase AC, 50Hz single-bus sectional configuration, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It also provides circuit control, protection, and monitoring functions, suitable for various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings. It can also be combined with ring main units for use in switching stations.

Structural Features

◇ The cabinet is made of high-quality welded angle steel;

◇ The circuit breaker compartment is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, making installation, debugging, and maintenance convenient. Standard equipped with VS1 circuit breakers and a pressure relief channel for personal safety;

◇ Uses a professional and reliable rotary isolating switch, allowing safe entry into the circuit breaker compartment for maintenance even when the main bus is energized;

◇ The overall cabinet protection rating is IP2X;

◇ Equipped with a reliable and fully functional compulsory mechanical interlock device, effectively meeting the "five-proof" requirements;

◇ Features a reliable grounding system;

◇ The door has an observation window to clearly see the working status of internal components;

◇ The operating mechanism lock uses the XGN interlocking mechanism as in the XGN2-12 cabinet, simple, reliable, and convenient;

◇ Incoming and outgoing cables are positioned below the front of the cabinet for easy user connection.
