The KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is an indoor complete set of distribution equipment for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV. It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It serves functions of control, protection, and monitoring of circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operation.

This switchgear complies with standards GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, and DL404-1997.

Operating Conditions

◇ Ambient air temperature: Max 40℃, Min -15℃;

◇ Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%;

◇ Daily average water vapor pressure: ≤ 2.2kPa;

◇ Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%;

◇ Monthly average water vapor pressure: ≤ 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude: below 1000m;

◇ Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees;

◇ Surrounding air should not have obvious pollution from corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;

◇ No severe vibration;

◇ If used under conditions beyond the normal range specified in GB3906, user and manufacturer must consult.

Structural Features

◇ The cabinet structure is assembled, and the circuit breaker uses a withdrawable floor-mounted structure;

◇ Equipped with fully composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, featuring good interchangeability and easy replacement;

◇ The trolley frame is equipped with a screw and nut pushing mechanism, making it easy to move the trolley and preventing damage from misoperation;

◇ All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;

◇ Interlocks between the main switch, the trolley, and the cabinet door are all mechanical and mandatory, fulfilling the "five-proof" function;

◇ Cable compartment space is ample, allowing connection of multiple cables;

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short-circuiting;

◇ Shell protection rating is IP3X, and with the trolley compartment door open, the protection rating is IP2X;

◇ The product complies with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997, and references IEC-298 standards.
