The KYN28A-24 (SDK1-24) armored withdrawable AC metal switchgear produced by our company (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV. It is primarily used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, serving to receive and distribute electric energy as well as control, protect, and monitor circuits.

The KYN28A-24 (SDK1-24) armored withdrawable AC metal switchgear features various functions to prevent incorrect operation, including preventing the trolley from being moved under load, preventing the grounding switch from closing when the breaker is in the closed position, preventing closing the grounding switch while energized, and preventing accidental entry into live compartments. The switchgear is equipped with high-performance VS1 and VN2 series center-mounted high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers and sealed vacuum switches. The secondary circuits are equipped with reliable control and protection components; the busbar uses heat-shrink insulation materials or epoxy-coated insulation methods, optimizing the electric field shape. With a compact cabinet structure, this switchgear is technologically advanced, stable in performance, reasonably structured, user-friendly, and safe and reliable for power distribution.

Normal Operating Environment

◇ Environmental conditions: temperature up to 40℃, minimum temperature -15℃, and the average over 24h does not exceed 35℃;

◇ Temperature conditions as follows: daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%; monthly average relative humidity does not exceed 90%; daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa; monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude does not exceed 1000m;

◇ Surrounding air is free from obvious pollution by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray;

◇ Vibrations or shocks from outside the switchgear and control devices are negligible;

◇ Induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV.
